There are a number of glazing options available.
- 2mm picture glass is the most cost effective and most commonly used.
- Conservation glass filters out nearly all UV light and can be used for fragile or light sensitive artwork.
- Museum glass offers perfect clarity as well as filtering out UV light.
- Larger frames can be glazed with Perspex as it is lightweight and shatterproof. There are also UV filtering and scratch-proof versions of it.
We are happy to advise as to which is the most suitable for your artwork.
